本日は、私たちのチームの「新しい仲間」の募集についてお話しさせてください。 「専門知識が必要そう……」「自分にできるかな？」と不安に思っている方にこそ、ぜひ読んでいただきたい内容です！

sumikawaには、長年培ってきたおもてなしのノウハウを詰め込んだ「マニュアル」があります。 基本業務から、お葬式の流れ法事のギフトなど、難しいところもありますが、「何をすればいいかわからない」という初日から慣れるまで不安を最小に抑えます！我々、ベテランスタッフのサポートと最初はイメージしてください。
2. 自分のペースで成長できる「レベル別担当制」
仕事内容は、難易度や習熟度に合わせてレベル分けされています。 まずは簡単なことからスタートし、慣れてきたら徐々にステップアップ。自分の成長が実感できる仕組みなので、無理なく吉賀町の冠婚葬祭の知識やギフトマナーなど長く使える知識とスキルを身につけることができますよ。
3. 町内でも珍しい！？自慢の福利厚生「美容手当」
ここが私たちの面白いところ！ 「上品さを世界へ」
私たちは、スタッフが心身ともに健やかに、自分らしく輝いて働くことを応援しています。その一環として、なんと「美容代」の補助を福利厚生として計画しております。

Today, I’d like to talk about recruiting “new members” for our team. This is especially for those of you who might be feeling anxious, thinking, “Does this require specialized knowledge…?” or “Can I really do this?”
