お盆の時期を迎え、当店にも帰省された方やご家族連れのお客様がたくさんお越しいただいております。いつも温かいご愛顧をいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。
今週は広報編】をお届けいたします。
本日は、皆さまへのお大切な「お盆明けの休業日のお知らせ」と、「嬉しいニュース」がございます！
1. お盆明けの休業日（お休み）のお知らせ
まずは、店舗のお休みについてお知らせいたします。
- 休業日：8月16日（日）〜 8月18日（日） ※15日の土曜日は夕方早めに閉店いたします。
お盆期間中は休まず営業いたしまして、上記の日程で少しお休みをいただきます。休業期間中にいただいたお問い合わせや発送業務につきましては、休み明けの8月19日（水）より順次対応させていただきます。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。また、お葬式でのお供え物ですが、満足にご対応できかねますことをご了承ください。
2. 代表の澄川寛が吉賀町の「まちづくり委員会」委員に任命されました！
そして、皆さまにご報告したい嬉しいニュースがございます。
この度、当社の代表が吉賀町の「まちづくり委員会」の委員に正式に任命されました！
ここ吉賀町は、清流・高津川の恵みはもちろん、東京スカイツリーの監修でも知られる巨匠・澄川喜一氏をはじめとする文化勲章受章者を輩出するなど、豊かな自然と高い文化・芸術の歴史を持つ素晴らしい町です。
そんな歴史ある町で、100年近く商売を続けてきた私たちs.grace株式会社。代表がこれまでブログでも語ってきた「日本古来の美しい礼節（上品さ）を守ること」、そして「国道187号線から新しい賑わいと人の流れを創り出すこと」というビジョンが、これからの吉賀町のまちづくりにも活かされることになりました。
お店の経営だけでなく、町全体の未来を面白く、魅力的にしていくための大役に、スタッフ一同もとても誇らしい気持ちでいっぱいです！
3. 地域とともに、次の100年へ
店舗の転換計画を進めると同時に、行政や地域の皆さまと手を取り合って「人が集まる魅力的な町づくり」に貢献していく。これこそが、私たちが目指す新しい小売店の姿です。
委員会の様子や、これから吉賀町がどう変わっていくのかについても、差し支えない範囲でこのブログやSNSで発信していければと思っております！

With the Obon season upon us, we’ve been welcoming many customers who have returned to their hometowns and families visiting their relatives. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support.
This week, we’re bringing you our [PR Edition].
Today, we have an important “Notice Regarding Store Closures After Obon” and some “Exciting News” to share with you all!
1. Notice of Closure After Obon
First, we’d like to inform you about our store’s closure.
Closed: August 16 (Sun) – August 18 (Sun) *We will close early on Saturday, August 15.
We will remain open throughout the Obon period and will take a short break on the dates listed above. We will respond to inquiries received and process shipping requests during the closure in order starting Wednesday, August 19, after the holiday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please also note that we may not be able to fully accommodate requests for funeral offerings during this time.
2. Our CEO, Hiroshi Sumikawa, has been appointed to the Yoshika Town “Community Development Committee”!
We also have some exciting news to share with you all.
Our CEO has been officially appointed as a member of the Yoshika Town “Community Development Committee”!
Yoshiga Town is a wonderful place blessed not only with the clear waters of the Takatsu River but also with a rich history of nature, culture, and the arts—as evidenced by the town’s production of recipients of the Order of Culture, including the master artist Kiichi Sumikawa, who is also known for his work on the Tokyo Skytree.
We at s.grace Co., Ltd. have been doing business in this historic town for nearly 100 years. The vision our CEO has shared on this blog—to “preserve Japan’s traditional beauty of etiquette (elegance)” and to “create new vitality and foot traffic along National Route 187”—will now be put to use in Yoshiga Town’s future community development.
All of our staff are filled with pride to take on this important role, which goes beyond simply running our store to making the future of the entire town more exciting and attractive!
3. Moving Toward the Next 100 Years Together with the Community
While moving forward with our store transformation plan, we will work hand in hand with the local government and community members to contribute to “building an attractive town that brings people together.” This is precisely the new model of retail we aim to achieve.
We hope to share updates on the committee’s activities and how Yoshiga Town will change in the future—within appropriate limits—through this blog and our social media channels!
Closing Remarks
We’ll take this break after Obon to fully recharge our energy, and we look forward to welcoming you all with smiles when we return.
Next week, we’ll share a message from our representative (the business owner), who has also been appointed to the Town Development Committee. He plans to speak in greater depth about his feelings for the town and his vision for the future. Please look forward to it!
