We’re now past the middle of July, and the height of summer is finally upon us.
I’d like to introduce a special drink that will add a refreshing touch to your summer evenings.
Today, I’m pleased to present a limited-edition summer sake available only during this season, crafted by Kasen Shuzo—our brewing partner for “Takatsugawa,” our original sumikawa brand, and a historic sake brewery in neighboring Tsuwano Town that has been in operation since 1730.
