A special junmai daiginjo sake was born from the nature of Yoshika Town in Shimane Prefecture and the clear water of the Takatsugawa River.
It is named “Takatsugawa Junmaidaiginjo Sumikawa ”.
The sake rice used is 100% Sakanishiki, carefully grown by farmers in the local town of Kichiga. This bottle reflects the local terroir and is truly a “taste of the land”.
